warm up on bike 7 mins hr-123
Random hill on bike 21 mins hr- 141 cals burned 60
Overhead press 20 reps @ 10lbs
Seated leg press 25 reps @ 30lbs?
Seated leg curl 25 reps@ 30lbs
Leg extension 25 reps @ 30lbs
Cool down 10 mins on bike
